Being a mother of four has taught me so many things. Patience. Unconditional love. Effective time management. The biggest thing I’ve learned as a parent is that the most precious commodity in the world to a family with small children isn’t time or money. It’s sleep. Sweet, sweet uninterrupted sleep. I can also tell you as someone who has been pregnant, nursing, and raising kids for the better part of a decade that there is only one thing worse than being woken up at 4 a.m. and that is being woken up by something preventable, like overnight diaper leaks.
How to stop overnight diaper leaks for good!
The endless struggle of diaper leaks
Waking up to a screaming baby in a wet crib with soaked crib sheets is one of my least favorite things about the parenting night shift. Having to change the baby’s clothes and diapers, then change the sheets, change the blankie. Throw the sheets in the washer. By the time all this is done, I am now awake.
My husband and I were so desperate to get our babies to sleep for long stretches that we tried everything. Cloth diapers, disposable diapers, double diapering, next size up diapering we even ordered special ”˜overnight’ ones too.
Sposie Booster Pads to the Rescue
Nothing worked until we found Sposie Diaper Doublers! Sposie Booster Pads is the only thing that has given us our nights back!
I was so skeptical at first, we had already tried everything. We basically resigned ourselves to those 3 a.m. screaming kiddo alarms. I always wondered how someone so small could fill a diaper so quickly but there we were without fail night after night with a fresh diaper, fresh sheets, an unhappy baby and exhausted parents.
How Do Sposie Booster Pads Work?
I can’t believe we went through the midnight wakeups of two babies before discovering Sposies Booster Pads. These booster pads are such a brilliantly simple idea that actually works. The pad fits into every diaper, cloth and disposable, and keeps your babe from soaking through everything throughout the night.
The first night we tried them, I kept waking up to see if my daughter was still sleeping. I would do that weird parent thing where you preemptively wake yourself up to check on your babe only to find them fast asleep and end up wide awake yourself. By morning, we had one still sleeping baby, one dry crib, and two very happy parents.
This parenting thing is rarely easy. Worth it? Absolutely! Easy? Nope. Any and everything we can find to make life easier is immediately added to our stockpile list and promptly told about to all of our parent friends. Sposie Booster Pads is one of those products that has earned my loyalty for life.
