NEW DELHI: Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has approved grant of Child Care Leave (CCL) to women officers of all ranks in the Indian Army for childcare up to two years, the Army said on Saturday. Till now, CCL was granted only to women officers of the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and above.
